TOS:
1. I have the rights to decline a commission, if this happens (which it should not), I will return 100% of what you payed and often enough a compensation.
2. Do not ask me "when will it be done" or anything like that, it will only make your situation worse. If you need this done by a certain date, let me know, but to be safe you should get Fast Delivery.
3. You must credit me for my art. If you use this as Social Media art, I require that you put my link in the “about” section. If this is simply your profile picture, you need to tell people I made your profile picture if they happen to ask. Not crediting art will result in being reported.
4. I do not work for Free. I may offer a Vouch Copy or discount at times, but do not ask me if you can get a VC.
5. There are no refunds after you receive your final product. If you request a refund before I start working, there is no cost. If the commission is canceled after I have started working, you will be charged for a portion of the cost.
6. After I send you the final product, you have exactly 24 hours to make any minor change to it. After those 24 hours go by, there will be a $0.25 cent fee for every change you make.
7. I retain all rights to my art, including permissions to upload the artwork to my Social Media accounts. I will not release your information to anybody, it will be anonymous. Let me know if for any reason you don’t want your work on Social Media.
