Profile picture: $2
Minecraft character render: $1.50
Animated Banner: $8-15, most will be on the lower end of this spectrum though unless there is a lot of custom requests.
Animated Banner template: $3-5, these are banners I have already made that you want with your text inserted in. You can use basically any banner I have posted on my portfolio.
