I'm here to give you an opinion, I see that you are new to thumbnails, but yours look really nice. The problem for me is the lack of originality, theres not much space to grow by just blurring out a background, adding clickbaity text, adding arrows, and surrounding the main part of it with white.. It lacks originality.

EDIT: I'm not saying this to hate or trash, just for some constructive critisism. I think if you try to be more original and add your own touch, it will be much more fun, although the one right now is fine.
