The hub, Factions, OPFactions (I bought from tekxjans) are custom, GTA (Of course it's downloaded, no one's gonna make a 10kx10k custom gta maps, other gta server maps are also downloaded, I can guarentee you.

When he says 'retain' he means gains a playerbase and keep the playerbase.
Getting 30 players in one day, then dropping back down to 0 the next day does not mean you have a 30 playerbase...

I have 10-30 players on days I'm not doing anything.
