Free server management or building!

Hello guys, it's me Alontrle here, and I have worked for many servers in my day. I would like to start off with some information about myself. I am 15 years old, I have been playing minecraft for over three years now. I have some building skills with minecraft, I will have screen shots below. I know a lot of tricks of the trade. I worked for a 70+ Player server called Prison Heist, I was a mod until near when it died. They were a huge semi-op prison server, the owner however broke his computer. The co owner stopped playing but the server was payed off for 2 years and the owner was still managing the website. Owners are important in growing servers and unfortunately the server died. The co owner came back before it's death and was very immature, he demoted me for no reason and promoted my immature friend. All the players were sad to see me go. Then I started my own server, Konerale Network it hit it's peak at 30 Players. We got evicted from our current house and moved and I didn't have internet for a week. The co owner of Prison Heist got jealous and decided to attack my server via DDoS. We lost all our players and died. I then proceeded on my journey to help over 20+ small servers with their builds and staff, before I make konerale I did run 2-3 smaller servers. I got staff on a server and helped them setup permissions until the owner hired a manager who demoted all staff and added his own. I then got the money to start Konerale back up and we setup the server. A lot of the staff didn't like the slow progress on the server and quit. We ended up getting griefed because an admin oped the wrong person, we was suppose to op another admin. We then switched over to FanaticMC, this server is in the making. It has been under development for 2 months and is most definitely worth the wait.

More Info: I know a lot of ways to test staff and I own several alternate accounts to test the staff. I can customize plugins and I can even code skript for custom stuff. I also can manage enjin websites, xenforo websites, mybb, and I can edit and code html and css. I do not code whole websites though.

Why you should trust me? Well I myself feel very guilty if I do something bad, I can't steal nor cheat without feeling a deep pit in my stomach. You can ask any of my staff members, or ex staff members. Trust is important in a server.

How do I manage staff? I will test them but using alts or asking questions. I know good answers and bad. I have read multiple studies on good answers. If a staff member breaks a cheating rule I think they deserve a warning, if however they cheat again. They should be complete demoted, their inventory and chests reset. Also all staff are subject to the rules, including the owner.

Why am I doing this for free/so cheap? I love the minecraft community and I believe that there is no reason to charge $100 for doing something the owner himself/herself could do. Also all your doing is helping the owner create a better server. I think the server is not about what the owner thinks or the staff think. All ideas should go through users, we just put them in action i'm not being paid for ideas, only executing them.

How can I help the server grow? I know how to make it fair for all users to play together and pvp. I know good economies for players to enjoy. I know good voting rewards, and good voting websites. I own a popular website and can give shout outs on that website. Also I know a lot of very good places to advertise and get the best outcome.

Other things I can do? I can make intros for cheap and server reviews for free. I also can make basic server graphics.​
