I'm a plugin dev that is very good at doing what I'm told by the requester, I think I'm a good dev because I might be one of the only devs that offer dead lines so you can tell me when you would want the plugin and I will try my hardest to get it done by then (If the dead line isn't met winthin a 2 week period you get 25% off, (Within reason)) I'm also a very good graphic designer for banners, logos ect

You do realize that about 95% of developers here offer approximate deadlines when dealing with customers? Why should that make you any different?
