I'm going to keep it simple for you, I've known Java for about a year and have been using the Bukkit API (and NMS) this entire time. While my projects usually include one offs for friends I'm extremely proficient in the Bukkit API and have enough knowledge to get most if not all NMS tasks done at this price point. I also have Bungee knowledge and I'm not afraid to sink my toes in the mud a little (That's a weird phrase).

Note: I'm a highschool student with a family, and while I never use it as an excuse for lack of delivery I do as that you be understanding about my response hours.

Bukkit Plugin: $2
Plugin Updating or Rewriting: Contact me as it depends.
Bungee Plugin: $3
Ultimate Lib Plugin: $2
Source Code: +$5 (Well documented and laid out.)
Resale Rights: +$5 (This also includes the ability to make it opensource.)
Hybrid Jars: +$1 (Bukkit and Bungee under the same jar, can be done and I probably wont charge full price for it depending on the plugin.)

UltimateLib: Bukkit, Bungee, and Nukkit. Somewhat limited

All projects come with: unlimited revisions, one year of support (bugfixes and updates), and the ability to purchase the source code at a later date.

Delivery: Anywhere from a few days to two weeks, all depends on the plugin and what you're asking for. I also don't accept payments until I deliver the product, if I'm ever unable to add a feature or deliver it on time I will contact you and discuss significantly lowering the price. Plugins are delivered as a ZIP containing the jar and config files preconfigured for your server.

Depends on the features but probably around the $4 mark. However I'm no longer taking suggestions (at this time) as I'm developing a plugin for someone else.
