Looking one that offers:

At least 99% Uptime
Unmetered Bandwidth

Willing to pay up to $2 more for unmetered.

No Minecraft Servers! I do not play Minecraft. Only VPS.

I don't care about storage or memory, just the uptime, the connection speed, and bandwidth.

Website barely works. Also, I'm confused. Is it $5.20 or $5.99 for the VPS? The site should be fixed, before they start selling.

Website is fine for me and the cheapest is 5.20 which is 20 cents above your budget but I can guarantee you that it's a great host (I use it). MrOfficialWilson owns it too
