Hello, I'm looking for a cheap VPS provider that can offer these specs in Europe or East coast and be able to pay in bitcoin:
- 3-4GB Ram
- 25+ GB Hard Drive
- atleast 100mbps with 1tb bandwidth
My budget is $1.75-$2.50 per GB of ram.

I can do $2/perGB Ram in Germany on a 1Gbps port for you. Unfortunately I currently don't accept bitcoin but do accept paypal and debit/credit cards. Let me know if either of those payment methods work for you.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say if you can't find one in that list, you're probably not going to be able to.

If you can't afford a good VPS host, go back too Minecraft hosting.

I'm not hosting minecraft servers on this vps.
