Wouldn't it be better finding a host that owns a vps or a dedicated server and you just pay for the slots?
OVH only offers technical support, it is really good but lacks of support as you said[DOUBLEPOST=1490130312][/DOUBLEPOST]What about a Dedicated server ?

What's your preferred geographical location?
As for a guide for setting it up then I would highly recommend either DigitalOcean or Linode as they usually have excellent guides.
