Cheap Web Host

Fairly simple website, should be handle 10+ visitors at a time at the very list.
Will probably only have 1 pretty simple page.
Should have SSL, email addresses and some kind of a control panel (obviously).
I want it to be cheap but I don't want it to be too slow, hook me up in msg's or add me on discord (Skythz#1234)

Do you use cPanel or something else.
Also you could make your website looks 10 times more modern if you used simple flat icons instead of those 2007 icons
