Umm well... for the first month you can use HostGator for a penny haha. I dunno if it has a dedicated ip or not though. There is also Ipages, but again Idunno about dedicated ip.

Roughly how much storage are you looking for? We might be able to work something out.
Most websites won't take up more than 100MB.
5gb. I just always like having extra storage lol. I don't really need many emails or databases

Id also like to ask,do you need a dedicated ip for ssl?
It's not required, however we would recommend it as some older browsers may not support SNI (the extension used for SSL certs on shared IPs).
