Umm, yeah.
Honestly, nope. I don't think you do. Don't wanna be that annoying guy, but the second shield is cut out on the top, and you can see the background wasn't correctly removed.
But I'm just a random guy in the internet right?
Some tips for when you draw them on 2D design. Make it smoother, make them higher resolution.
And don't use a dark color on a dark background, that's usually not a smart choice.

The cut on the top of the shield was purely due to the gyazo.
