Looking for the cheapest available Minecraft-based Dedicated server. Should have 32GB, be (preferably) NA, can be EU if it’s cheaper, and have somewhat decent specs. Minecraft based meaning DDoS protection and comes with a pterodactyl or multicraft control panel

Looks like a good website but they're all out of dedicated servers! If you know any other hosts with dedicated servers let me know! (I want to avoid shared hosting as I have a 4GB server right now and 1GB gets used with 20 plugins and no players on)

Usually anything for 1.16 game version tends to take up anywhere from 1-1.5GB of RAM just using vanilla stuff, regardless of plugins or it being "shared" hosting. However, the most bottleneck will be from your CPU depending on what you are trying to run. 32GB should be just fine on an i7. I personally never tested with i7 as I use ryzen 5 for all the servers I have. But, you should be just fine and use pterodactyl panel which gives ability to CPU pin various servers or just set the cpu usage to unlimited so each server can use any cores when it needs.

Usually anything for 1.16 game version tends to take up anywhere from 1-1.5GB of RAM just using vanilla stuff, regardless of plugins or it being "shared" hosting. However, the most bottleneck will be from your CPU depending on what you are trying to run. 32GB should be just fine on an i7. Not running on 1.16, it's a 1.8 network for all servers. With the exception of Skyblock, which will run on 1.12.2 (no later as 1.13+ servers are really poor quality and can still be laggy regardless of your hardware.

hetzner is going to get you the most bang for your buck, but thats in the eu so if you value less hardware specs for a North America location then by all means clover should work for you.

Depends on the E5 version, if it's like 1650v3 or v4 just make sure it's an actual dedi and you got the whole machine to yourself and not a VPS. You can spare and assign the physical cores for your various server instances and there shouldn't be any bottle necking as long as you're not overloading the whole machine Should hold up 70-120ish players for 1.8/1.12. Helped a few guys run factions network back in the day that had 80ish players daily and held up for the most part as long as you optimize the MC server and pretty sure the machine was E3 or E5 but don't remember what version.

Alright thanks, the exact specs I plan on using are:
CPU - Intel Xeon E5-1630v3
Disk - 120GB SSD
RAM - 20GB
