Could you explain what happened here?

I ordered a NAT VPS and after 5 weeks they lost it. Completely disappeared and they had to create a new service and I had to start all over again. Now a couple of months later the VPS is not working again. I cannot put in a support request because their own website is not working!

I personally find them very unprofessional. Contacted my company support system using a copy/paste offer that they are sending out to everyone. Blatant spam.
