I need a really cheap VPS/Dedi doesn't matter if it's HDD or SSD, any RAM amount over 2GB~ will do and the CPU isn't that big of a deal.

You can get OVH cloud VPS for cheap

Already suggested https://www.kimsufi.com/ which is a sub company of OVH. Same prices. OP still thinks that's too expensive.
