I doubt either of them go "full power" every time. If that was true they would only be able to snipe 1 name every ~2 hours.

Its been a while. Last time I checked it was over 1 hour but less then 2, but that was almost a year ago.

Anyways, here's my objective opinion on this:

If you're doing a snipe transfer, queue it up on both. If you're simply sniping an OG, get it on whichever sniper you can.

It's honestly been going back and forth between ninja and me these days.
