What i mean is basically to phase through blocks. I've managed to one tap stone using cheat engine (works on every server lunar etc.)

He's probably using a generic hacked client and not cheatengine as as far as i've tried it doesn't work that well for minecraft. And yes, you might have more luck just joining a mc hacking discord than asking here
