Check Player Punishments Plugin (Similar to Arcane’s)

So basically, I’m looking for a plugin when you do /c <player> it shows their previous punishments (muted, bans, blacklists) It must be similar to Arcane’s. If you are not familiar with theirs, I do not reccomend trying this for me. I will give more information on the plugin if you can make it. My budget is $5. Please either shoot me a message on skype or telegram
(SachaPvP) Thank you! Also, if this matters at all, I use Litebans. I’d like it so all the punishments are logged in a log file within the plugin’s folder. I’d like it organized as well. I’m not looking for a skript! Appreciate it if you could help!

I was going to use c as history so history is an alias to the GUI that someone can make...

Could easily just mess with aliases then, no real need for this custom history if Litebans' one is good enough.

I don't think anyone understands what op is trying to say. The way arcane have their history command set out is that when they do /c it brings up a GUI with mutes, bans, warns and blacklists. The way litebans history command is set out is its just a chat message.
