ChemicalMC Seeking Partners Has a playerbase!

Hello, MCM, I have recently acquired ChemicalMC a prison server with a twist. The server itself uses skripts which were made by the previous owner to execute some custom features. (I plan to change this later.) The server needs to go under a revamp, it has a small 5+ player base that could easily be expanded. I have a small youtuber that has made 1 video and wants to make a lot more because he finds it so fun, so I am sure other YouTubers I know will enjoy it too.

Hello, everybody, after a few good partnerships and a lot of bad ones I am looking for another. I like partnerships because it allows multiple minds to work on a similar goal, gaining new perspectives on everything. I currently have 2 other partnerships I am a part of and I plan to stay with them and this one for the long term, I'm hoping to find someone who shares that same goal.
I have a lot of options to offer to whoever partners with me, I am 19, I can dedicate 6+ hours a day working on the server, I have a lot of connections with youtubers as well as service providers.

Requirments:
Prison Knowledge (You must be knowledgeable about the gamemode itself and know how it operates.)
Dedication (I would like to talk to you a lot on discord or skype, 6+ hours a day. I would like you to be able to dedicate 3+ to actual work.)
Special Skills/Money (If you are a quick and bug-free configurator, a developer that can make a bug-free plugin, or if you up to $400 we can make a deal. Other skills are excepted these are just examples.) *only need 1, the more the merrier.​

I know this server has a lot of potential that is why I wanted to acquire it even though I knew I had a lot on my plate. The server is super fun and with the advertising skills I have, I know the players will come in. There are 250+ people in the discord already, with a revamp and the addition of some YouTubers I know the server will be full of players.

$5 gets you 1%, I was meaning that people who are active managers/configurators and do a great job can get some % with their skills just like developers can. I am currently not looking for staff it has staff.

If you are not looking for staff, I do not know why you posted here. But this seems interesting. I'd be willing to create some mob bosses for the server to spice things up and later down the line take a % of donations that the server earns. How much would I get?

This is where you post when looking for partners... We would need more than just the mob bosses we'd need daily configuration or $.[DOUBLEPOST=1507317214][/DOUBLEPOST]Playerbase has gotten above 10 today, not doing advertisements.

Not required, I do like to voice chat sometimes but I'm often around others so it can be hard.
