This seems to be a bit different to most of the stuff on this forum but here goes. I'm a programmer who has almost finished building what would be my greatest achievement in minecraft: a computerised chess set with moving pieces (using various mods obvs). All pieces need to have a 5x5 base and height ranging from around 5-7 for pawns to maybe 10-12 for king and queen. Use of forge microblocks would be very much desired in order to achieve some nice details, although I know that most builders on this forum are more experienced with much larger scale, and unmodded, builds. Anyone willing to learn to use microblocks could I'm sure work them out very quickly, and I think it comes pre-installed with forge these days.
I originally intended to do this all myself, but I've now decided it would be a shame, given how much time I've put in to this project, if it didn't look good, and my artistic skills leave a lot to be desired, as shown below (I decided to do this post after two failed attempts to make something that looked like a knight, and as said, I'd like the pieces to be more detailed generally).
Ideally I'd like to find someone willing to become a kind of artistic partner and share credit for this build, also helping to create the area around the board, which I intend to cover over fully. Otherwise I would be willing to pay a small fee for someone to just make me the pieces (only one of each type necessary as I can clone them, so five pieces).
