Chest Auction (Be Reasonable)

I need an auction plugin:
What should the plugin contain?
The plugin should contain a auction house that allows players to auction chests with items inside the chest. The items inside the chest are not buyable, but the entire chest is. I want the plugin to work either as players can get "Auction Chests" which are the only type allowed on the Auction House. These "Auction Chests" are given by a command... /achest give [player] [amount]. When you right click them, a GUI shows up allowing you to place items inside the chest. Inside the GUI, there will be a button that allows you to click "Add To Auction House". Then in chat you put how much this "Chest" with items inside will cost. Similar to the buying interface /Ah.

I can make this plugin for you but I have a few questions beforehand...

• Is this "Auction House" a physical building in your Minecraft world with chests on display or will it be a GUI full of auction chests?
• Will there be any time limits for these chests to be auctioned off like in a real auction or will it be more like a chest shop where you can buy the chests at anytime with the in-game money?
• Are there any other command arguments you would like other than "/achest give", for example maybe "/achest help", "/achest buy ..." or "/achest remove" or even some aliases for "/achest" such as "/auctionchest", "/auctionc", or even "/ac"?
