Chest Command GUI menu request

Hello fellow Minecrafters...

I know this is strange but i have a request.

I need to create a menu in chest commands gui plugin. Its a menu with default commands like tpa and spawn and warp etc. But you need to buy the command to unlock it and you buy it by clicking the item in this case a red glass pane and you unlock it for 1h it takes money and when you unlock it, the pane turns green

Is that possible?
