Hello there! My name is Euphonious Setups, and I am a professional Minecraft builder. In every building I do, I add a lot of detail, and I will make it yours. I will show the client the progress of the builds, so they can decide if there is anything they want to change, as I'm working for the client, and I want to make sure I do that. (My examples of building are below.)
Why Me?
That's a great question, I've been building for a long time, and I have an eye for design, and I think I can create a professional looking spawn, and make it yours. I've worked for multiple different clients, and I know what I'm doing.
How Much do I Charge:
I am pretty fair when it comes to charging, and since each project is different, I might lower the price due to that factor, and I will work with you and your budget, to create a great looking build, that you'll be more than happy to showcase on your server!

I will charge you $10 for an exclusive build, that won't be sold anywhere else. It will have great detail, and I will allow you to change any details to it, before I am finished. Please see my TOS, before purchasing.

Examples
The following is some buildings I did for some clients, please do feel free to look at them, and please do tell me how to improve. I'm always looking to improve, and I do appreciate it.
I will add more pictures when I do more builds on here, as these were in the past, I'm not going to add to many, but I will expand once I make more builds.
Please note, that my builds aren't free, so please don't ask me to make builds for you for free.
My TOS
I have a smaller TOS, but it speaks for itself.
1.) You aren't allowed to Charge-Back. I will fill out a scam report on here, and report you. I will also have rights to sell your build as a schematic, as you charge-backed, and it is no longer yours. (I will sell it here on MC-Market).
2.) You aren't allowed to change how the build looks after it is done, I will send you multiple screenshots, and ask you how it looks before I finish. After I finish, I will not make any changes to it.
3.) If you ask me to build for free, I will ignore you, and I might block you. Please don't ask for a free build as it's PAID.
4.) You're not allowed to claim it as your own and sell it, but you are more than welcome to use it on your server!
