Looking for an artist to work on chibi art for visual novel game

Requirement:
- Fair prices (5$~ per character)
- Previous work
- Ability to make chibis to look like existing characters

There will be multiple characters per request and we will request more chibis in future

Gave that image as an example, and as for the price, if a chibi that would most likely be under 250px x 250px I am not planning to pay more than I did for a character over 2000px height.
