Most of what I do in the Minecraft community always tends to relate to management. Whether that be because I've previously owned a few networks and servers, or the fact that it's a general part of my nature to get things organized and done quickly. I do take my work seriously and I spend hours each day contacting clients and others to offer them my skills. Talking about skills, I am capable of many things. Myself in previous years have been known to climb quickly in the rankings of a server or network due to my work ethic. My idea of a hard worker is someone that works to their fullest potential with no limits and excuses. I tend to always be on time with my work as well as I can be trusted due to me being a man of my word. I excel in pushing the community around me and my co-workers to do more and do better. I enjoy encouraging other workers to work harder and to not waste talent and is why I do things efficiently and enjoy things being done that way.
I have just recently left the position of co-owner on a rather large network called Forsaken Network that was soon to be released during my departure. That network was planned to have hundreds of players at release and had very high expectations. Being a co-owner of a rather large network, I as well as my fellow co-owners were constantly trying to find new additions as well as other ways to provide for Forsaken. At the time the network's discord had 600 members, that being rather a lot of people. It takes a lot of control and patience with this amount of people as I constantly had to try my best to keep from any chaos occurring between members. Also as a co-owner of a network this size I try my best to consider each and every idea provided to me by the players and my staff team. I tend to work quickly but I am constantly making sure the quality of my work is nicely done. I also did have a side project, a smaller server that the co-owner and myself were pushing to release rather quickly and get a smaller player base. Again this was a smaller project, though, my intentions for its growth remained the same as for my other owned network Forsaken Network. I have been apart of a few other projects, though, I have not been able to and most likely will not end up finding any proof of my management being apart of those projects. Despite that, I am really looking to put my time and skills to use, and am currently looking for a server or network that can supply all of my needs. I for one am most definitely not interested in a brand new server. My intentions are to be apart of a soon to be established server, or an already established server. In addition to this, I take a lot of pride in my skills therefore I am not interested in being a helper or any related lower role. I cannot wait to hear from you server owners and am ready to create a great server and have some fun while I'm at it as well
