I've set up a modest, classic SMP server for mature players to have a good time on. The name of the game here is a good community, and I'm looking for 1-2 staff members that can help facilitate that kind of atmosphere when the server launches within the next couple of days.
As a bit of context on the server, we're looking at a classic SMP with land claims. I'm planning on a season-reset type thing where worlds get wiped every couple of months to keep the players engaged and add some replayability, and the rest of the plugins mainly exist for players' convenience. My vision is less about a large player count than it is about creating a nice community to relax on the evenings.
I hope you've been picking up some chill vibes from this post so far because that's precisely my goal here. I'm not looking for regular hours from any of my staff, nor will I expect any sort of hardcore administration. However, I do expect a fair attitude and patience, as well as a moderate level of consistency in being online on the server. The ideal candidate here would be a player who enjoys chatting and occasionally helping others while doing their own thing in an SMP environment. I'll also be bouncing off server ideas as the exact vision of this server comes into focus for all of us.
There aren't any explicit requirements that should bar you from applying. Generally speaking there's probably a benefit with being older, but I understand this is likely a younger population and maturities come in all sorts of levels.
