INTRODUCTION​
Hello Guys,
I'm Arvin_, Owner of ChillCrafty Server(Cracked). Currently the Gamemodes as of now is BedWars, that is on BETA as of now. We will add more if we get high amount of players and Request of Gamemodes. Website is now DONE.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR​
All positions are not Paid! We are looking for Active Staff and commits that he/she will be on the server. We are hiring 13 Years old and Above. If you are planning to stay just for 2 weeks because of players are not that active and any reasons, please DON'T APPLY.

Question:
1. Why is it Cracked?
- It is a Cracked Server because we love that having difficulties to buy a Premium account, I know there are many Cracked Servers in there, but we are trying to make the Server the Best!.
2. Will our accounts be hacked?
- Your accounts will be not hacked, your Ip's will be saved in registering, if someone will hack your account and used AuthMe Cracker, the IP will get banned, because of detections that your saved IP in your First Register is not match.
3. Will I get paid?
- Sorry but no.

I think that you have too many staff ranks. This is excessive to have Jr-Helper then Helper than Jr-Moderator then Moderator... I don't think Jr-Moderators is needed nor Jr-Helper, but just my opinion. I also feel like you don't need Head-Moderator and Head-Admin. Servers where I have seen those on just don't do well with their staff. They have too many people with the same permissions and become power hungry. All you really need is Moderator and Administrator and if you wish Helper/Trainee and call it a day
