1. You must pay in full at the beginning of the week.
2. If a resignation/fire happens, I expect the payment for the days I worked ($7 a day) as well as the next week.
3. I require 1-week advance notice if you wish to release me.
4. I will always inform you, but I also require the ability to act independently and do as I wish or have the ability to express my opinion for the overall benefit of the server.
5. By any means, a chargeback is not allowed: If I believe you should be refunded, I will do so myself.
6. All payments will be through PayPal F&F
7. If you do not pay me on time, I have permission to halt work until the payment is received.
8. I have the right to refuse service.
9. Payments can be changed to the situation given and what is provided. You will be updated prior to payment of the new pricing. Both parties must agree to the payment plan before work has commenced.
10. The TOS may be changed at any point without notice. However, you will be provided with an updated version of the TOS.
11. By making a deal with ImperfectChip, you automatically agree and abide to his terms of service.
