Hello, what would be the most stable - safe - and best looking website solution. I've heard of XenForo but it looks very expensite. Do you know any alternatives ?

Depends on what you want to do with the website, and how much you can/are willing to do yourself. WordPress is a great tool for a lot of websites. If you want something easier, maybe wix? Building a custom website is of course the best, but I'm assuming that you don't want to do that.

A normal website with a main page, a store, a forum, an user database ofc and some signets for other things like rules or staff or more.

If it's a website for a minecraft server does it change something ? Maybe the link between website and the server.
