I dont need to post in appraisals. I know exactly what I should price my builds at as I have sold hundreds.

Then you should know that build is way over priced... any 1 with a half decent WP brush can replicate the build in seconds. It's generic.

Agreed, build 1 is over-priced; I'd say like $10 at most.

Ive been out of the business since before that was even uploaded...and as for the build, I didnt build the structure, it was a colab with a friend of mine. So if there seems to be a similarity, Ill talk to him and if need be, Ill remove the build.
