Christmas Spawn and Hub

Hello everyone thanks for taking the time to read this thread! I will try to not take up a bunch of your time today!

Requesting:
We are currently looking for a talented builder to create our server a Christmas Hub and a Christmas Spawn for Prison! The Hub itself does not need to be based around prison, but overall a nice and detailed spawn! These are the highlights and were most players spend their time on the server so we are looking to make sure that the builder we hire has the knowledge and is well equip for the job!

Pricing:
We currently have no limit on our budget for this project but with the nature of these designs I wouldn't imagine that it would cost a huge amount!

Sizing:
We currently have no limit on the sizing, we want something that looks nice but still has a decent amount of space to "roam"

Thoughts for Prison Spawn:
With this being a Prison server, we would like to make sure the aspects of prison are added in to the design. Please make sure before applying that you have, or had previous builds done for Prison and understand the concepts.

Language:
English - Please know and speak english well.

Timeline:
We are on a kind of tight timeline. We would like these projects built within a weeks time or sooner.

Prebuilt:
If you already have a prebuilt spawn or hub that meets these requirements, please feel free to send it over. We personally have no problem with buying previous built builds, but please make sure its within the guidelines.
