Hello everyone!
I'm Jordan, a 16 year old boy and I am looking for somewhere to work. I have had much experience with working on servers but the servers I've worked on have only had a few players on a day. I am looking for somewhere to work where I can use my Moderation skills to bring up a small server into a server with much players. I am free with any rank that I am given depending on what I'll accept aslong as I don't have to pay for anything.

What're your past experiences and what soft-skills do you possess?

My skills involve communication, activity, kindness and more. My past experiences are only on little servers but the biggest one I worked on was one called DeltaCloud with around 10+ players a day and I was moderator on it.
