So basically forgot to add this. 90% of **good** accounts have been owned by scammers or are scam accounts. If i had to be a bit more constructive, think the rule through before enforcing it.

Whenever you confront them about it they claim they “bought it off site.” I’m glad that these people are being targeted and I encourage anyone whose had an account stolen from them to contact Mojang to get their account locked just to spite the scammer.

i mean to be honest, what if someone (the scammer) sold you an account without OG info and there was never a dispute link. they don't really have a way of pulling it back so you should still be allowed to sell it

Yes scam account maybe shouldn't be allowed but the fact that if the account was used to scam or not, you're not allowed to sell. I've owned kind for a few months now which was owned by a scammer so I can't sell it even though there isn't a dispute link or og info lol

if an account was secured and you can prove that i think you should be allowed to sell it.

Secured or not. They see it as it has been in the hands of a scammer and no matter what it's not secure lol
