MCM didn't take his money, he made an alt account they didn't know about, probably using a VPN. They found out, they banned him. And $10 is such a small amount of money that many people don't mind dropping it to get premium to make them look "trustworthy". They know there's people on here they can take advantage of that think only trustworthy people will spend money and those people don't use their brain when doing deals.

It is worth a lot to some people. It doesn't necessarily mean you are poor, some people value money greater I guess
It also depends on your age, if you are young you are going to think having $10 is a lot, but when you're older / have a job you see that it's not that much.
