I am selling a Chunk Loader plugin. This plugin keeps all chunks within a 3x3 radius of the chunk loader permanently loaded, so crop growth, redstone, etc will remain active even without a player nearby. Unlike Spigot alternatives, this one also works with monster spawners, so spawners will continue to spawn mobs even if there is no player nearby (conditionally; one player must be on the server for spawners to work [this is a Vanilla limitation]).
The "chunk loaders" are NPCs, which look pretty cool;
This is the perfect Buycraft item to sell (if you wish to use this plugin exclusively), or better yet, the perfect resource to sell (as this is a server owner's dream).
