Hey, I'm having chunk loading issues when going from a 1.15.1 world to 1.12.x. Does anyone else have a similar issue?

I don’t have the issue but I think I know how to fix. Get the plugin, world border, then do /wb fill (center of world coords) there are different options to speed it up and stuff.
