Chunk Miners

Hey MCM,

I am looking for a "Chunk Miners" plugin. A chunk miner should be a diamond pickaxe with a configurable name and lure. When someone starts to mine a block with a chunk miner, it should be taken out of their inventory, and all of the blocks in that chunk should be removed. Once the chunk is completely removed, a configurable message should be given in chat to indicate to the user of the chunk miner indicating that the chunk has been completely removed. The command to give someone a chunk miner should be formatted as such "chunkminer give {username} {quantity}". No permission node is needed. It should also respect faction territories, for example, an enemy can't place this is my land. It should also respect owner claims in a faction.
