Chunk Radius i.e. keep redstone on whilst afk or away and spawners and furnaces.

Anyone know how I can make it so I can like leave the area and everything still works? My spawners stop spawning mobs when I go like 20 blocks away, same with furnaces and few other things.

This can be done with a simple ChunkLoaders plugin: https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/chunkloader-force-chunks-to-load/files
Some of them seem to be a bit outdated, so this may require to be a custom coded plugin.
