Chunkloader Plugin
Name: MSChunk
Description: Gives a block, when it is placed allows that chunk to stay loaded in.

Things Needed:

• Faction Limit / Limits a faction to a configurable amount of chunkloaders.
• Preferably a hologram appears above the block that would say "Faction ChunkLoader" Faction being Faction name.
• Preferably the block that represents the chunkloader would be configurable.

Commands:

• /chunkloader give name amount

Permissions:

• mschunk.admin - Allows to run /chunkloader give
• mschunk.base - Allows to place Chunk Loaders

Server is utilizing Supreme Factions, which is a fork of FactionsUUID, and Stellar Spigot.
