Took at almost a week to finish. Did not respond to my requests to make edits after the first render. Dragged out clips to fill time. Did not follow directions or use some crucial clips (even though he said he recorded them and that they looked good).
I had to edit the video myself to cut out 40 seconds of unnecessary time (30% of the video was filler). Even then some of the clips have just awful lighting.

I don't understand why you would've paid me if it wasn't done to your likings... You're supposed to pay me when it's fully complete and you're satisfied. And also, the time frames were completed EXACTLY as you requested, so it's kind of odd that was one of your complaints.
When you pay me, I'm under the impression you were satisfied with the trailer. You sent the payment, then told me it would require hours more of work to essentially re-shoot all the footage. So yes, of course I'm not going to redo the trailer for you.

I paid you because the problems with the video were so egregious that I decided I needed someone else to make the trailer from scratch. After paying you I gave you a chance to fix the problems.
When you make a trailer that's over 30% junk and doesn't meet the requirements, then yes you should fix it. I uploaded the new trailer to my channel if anyone wants to see the difference. You'll notice how it illustrates the selling points of the server, and doesn't have confusing, unrecognizable, or missing clips.
