Cintadel - Staff Recruitment
Introduction: Hey everyone! Cintadel, a newly made hypixel guild is in the process of recruiting staff members for both the discord and in-game! There are a lot of fun activities and plans in mind for this specific organization, therefore we request from all applicants to try their best whilst applying!
Why us?
Even as a new guild, Cintadel is filled with passion with the common goal of allowing users to spend their time peacefully on a great environment! Even if not competetively, we strive to attract more people into our community and expanding on multiple gamemodes that the hypixel network has to offer, therefore all gamemode audiences are welcome to join us!
Requirements & Essentials
Same as in any other community, there are requirements for applying for staff on Cintadel, whilst remaining user-friendly. Some of them are:
- Working microphone, does not have to be high quality.
- 1-2 hours of contribution on daily basis, time of activity can vary based on your schedule and by giving us a notice beforehand.
- Past experience of working with dyno or moderation in general (preferably minimal to large experience base, small-experienced applicants have a fair share of chance, tho!)
- No previous punishments in the guild (mutes, kicks, bans etc).
- Able to share positivity, friendlyness and tips with other members or staff.
