About Cipheria.
Cipheria is a Custom Factions Network that is currently in the phase of development. Cipheria is more than just a Minecraft Community, it is about bringing players from all cultures, backgrounds, and places over the world together. The Cipheria Team has strived to make this community the top of the top and I believe we have done excellently well.
Cipheria Recruitment.
Cipheria is looking for dedicated individuals who are willing to help the server progress and grow more established in the Minecraft Server Community. We are currently in the process of recruiting people who have expert knowledge in the fields of Moderation and Administration.
Recruitment Requirements.
Must be 13 years or older.
Must have experience in Server Administration or Moderation (and be able to provide proof).
Must be active and dedicated.
Must have a good and positive reputation.
Recruitment Payment.
All the positions that are open for recruitment are volunteering positions.
