We’re Currently Look for Managers and Administrators!

The position will be responsible for working on Applications, Forms, and Abuse/Support Reports found in game and on google drive and Forums for CipherRaids. The work can very from many things. Someone who is flexible and can complete any task will succeed in this position.

Qualifications
​

Applicants when applying for this position should have the following qualifications as a minimum:

* 1+ Experience from servers
* Resume/CV
* Must be Professional
* Must be skilled
* Must be able to handle stress
* Must be able to manage a staff team
* 16 Years or Older
* Must be able to sign or Co-Sign an NDA.

The following qualifications are an added bonus and will raise the chances of succeeding in the position:

* Being a team member
* Good communication skills
* Ready to get the job done no matter how hard or long it takes.

Why 16?

Because if you are 16 you can sign contracts. Sorry if I am wrong.

As Dobro has said above. We require all Administrators,Managers and Developers to sign a NDA. In order to protect us a company from being betrayed and basically have everything deleted. Also if you are 16 you are more mature than most people under 16.

Yes but we can find out if you are immature on how you respond when we ask you questions during the interview phase of the application proccess for manager.

Hello Zewy, minors are allowed to sign non-disclosure agreements as long as their legal guardian co-signs it. I'd be very interested in the position but sadly my age refrains me from applying. I still tho wonder if it would be possible to consider an exemption if my portfolio suits your requirement?
