Citizens help

I am trying to get Carl the creeper but you need citizens that it will work.
So I did get it and followed the instructions. But this is what happened:

Ok, try changing the citizens plugin in the plugin folder to this one: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/citizens/files/52-2-0-16-beta-1-for-mc-1-8-8/

If it works, I would love a vouch but it isn't necesarry
