Citizens Rename

Hey!I am trying to do this:

Note: The "/npc name" command won't work when you're using a player instead of a mob. To remove the name from a player you'll have to mount another, invisible mob onto their head.

plugin: Citizens.


But I don't really know how to xD

Can someone possible tell me what to do exactly.

I am using this feature for the "Carl the Creeper" BUt willing to rename it "Mandy The Panda"
