Hey!, Today I'm selling a city spawn, this can be used for a Faction or a Hub spawn.
The build was made by Team Arcadia, ( Team Arcadia is a famous build team that has done pretty good builds in the past, for example CosmicPvP's hub and some dungeons in the very popular "How2Minecraft" Series made by PrestonPlayz. The theme of this spawn is modern. All the buildings in the spawn are fully enterable with each floor designed differently. You can go all the way from the bottom of the building to the roof!. Its about 150x150.

I'm selling it for so low because I tried selling it for more before and It didn't sell for anywhere near that price, and everyone was saying it wasn't worth it. I can still sell it to you, They didn't say I can't still resell . The deal was that they can sell it to someone else but I can still keep it. They bassically bought permission from me to redistrubute it. I can still sell it to you if you wish. So if you wish to buy the spawn there is a 1/100 chance another server owner would get it, and even if they did no one on your server would notice.
