CityRP is a roleplaying plugin that is set in a town, with many different possible roles to choose from. The aim is for the player to choose a role and play as it and pretend to be it, while earning a salary and saving up to buy interesting things.

- The jobs available include:
Citizen - Default role
Police - Keeps the city free of crime
Police Chief - Organizes the police
S.W.A.T - Takes control of situations that have gone too far
Mayor - In charge of the city
Secret Service - In charge of protecting the mayor
Chef - Cooks food for citizens
Gun Dealer - Sells guns to citizens
Thief - Steals from citizens
Paramedic - Heals anyone that needs it
More jobs will be made available in a future update (For example, a Black Market Dealer for selling heavy duty weapons and drugs)

- There are also many guns (AK47, M16, BerrettaM9, BarrettM82, AUG)

- Apartments were started being made, but were never finished, so that could be a future update

- There is also a phone system where players can text each other and other interesting features

As for commands, there are just the basic commands, including banning, muting, changing ranks, roleplay commands.
The default chat is only 8 blocks (to mimic real life talking). There are then things like /y for yelling 16 blocks, and /w for whispering in only 2 blocks.

There is also // for speaking in OOC (Out of Character, for general chat, which is to the entire server), and /// for LOOC (Local Out of Character for people close by)

This is just a one time thing, so it could potentially have regular updates if wanted (for payment)
I have no price set for this, however a lot of time and effort went into this, so I will accept an offer I feel is reasonable (best to PM offers)

Are you selling the server files by any chance? May be interested.

On a side note: If I purchase the plugin, would I get the source code for it too?

What do you mean by the files?

And I'd prefer to sell without source code, but I would be willing to but for a higher price

Nevermind about the files, but do you mind showing a bit of the phone system? Unless I missed it in the video, I don't see it.

Hmm, I think the video was released before the phone system was added, and I unfortunately have no pictures etc. for it, I'll try get some later for you if you're still interested then
