Hello I am the owner of a geopolitical towny server named CivilMC.We are releasing Sunday around 3pm est,me understanding towny doesn’t make as much as a survival or a factions server means not many people want to invest (understandable) my goal is to use about 30-35% of the investment towards advertising our towny server,then put around 20-40% into developing a survival server I choose survival since towny is in that same range,then use the extra amount for advertising we already have around 40-50 people looking to play and this is done without paid advertising!

What is towny? Towny is a land management plugin that lets players own plots of land and work together by forming towns. New players can either join an existing town or create their own, and each town has a mayor who is in charge of managing the residents and setting the rules. Towny also adds economy features including town banks, the ability to purchase land with in-game currency and a taxation system.
What does CivilMC have that other servers dont?
CivilMC make it there priority to try and stand out from other towny servers,We have added a good amount of vehicals(cars,bikes,tanks,planes,helis,and more),We have a custom economy that adds a Real life system (Virtual currency and in hand currency) you have to mine or trade for your gold(like a job) you have a chance to get enriched gold which is a bonus/raise.We also are in the proccess of building dungeons that have good loot at the end,We have custom mobs and custom bosses to fight,our biggest factor that makes towny,towny is our huge 1:1000 earth map(Custom dimensions coming soon)
I have put a lot of my own money into the server and I really want this to succeed here’s some information about me
I am a 17 year old living in the USA in EST,I work really hard when I put my mind to something and I’m living towards everybody,Most/all of my time goes to Cuvilmc or bedwars.i have owned 2 past servers but they all didn’t go to well die to lack of funding or lack of time,I have made sure this will not happen again,I’ve worked for many servers some bug towny servers including
Towny haves(40-60 average)
Unholymc(100-200 average) used to be known as conquestMC
My experience in towny is off the charts since I’ve been playing for 2-3 whole years
What I’m looking for investment wise:
I am looking for 400-600$ (if you are interested but want to go lower I am willing to work out a deal
What I am giving back: I plan to give around 40% of towny and 20% of survival (this will run for a second long as the server is up or until you back out)
Guarantee:Sadly I cannot Guarantee you will get all your money back what I can guarantee is I will work my hardest to gain players,maintain the server,and be involved with you as an investor constantly keeping you updated(If something does happen to the server meaning I quit for some odd reason you will be guaranteed your money back 100%)
How will you get your money back:We will be selling ranks,crates,more stuff on survival since it’s not really able to be P2W but towny there is limitations to ranks
