Claiming issue, and blocks disappearing

Hello,
I’m having problems with my current server.
1) claiming next to the world border isn’t being allowed.
2) bases next to the border are getting their blocks destroyed. For example someone has a obsidian base in the corner next to the border, and every now and then obsidian blocks keep disappearing randomly.

I use factionsuuid so if you have any solutions, I’m willing to pay if needed. Please dm me on discord PvPMXR:0222

Your world border might not be centered right and it's cutting a chunk. so when you try to claim the chunk (half that's in) near the border it will not let you because the other half is outside of the border.
I said might be, so I'm not sure.

Update: apparently it was a simple fix for claiming by border. I found out that the blocks disappeared because mobs are glitching through them
